G.R.O.W. Community Care inc. is a Behavioral Health Center that provides Psychiatric Rehabilitation services (PRP).

G.R.O.W. Community Care inc. provides services to the men, women, girls and boys of Baltimore city and surrounding counties. At the office located at 7 N. Eutaw Street Baltimore, MD 21201, we provide day programming for adults and after school programming for youth. In addition to onsite, we also offer off site in home counseling, community and other locations as needed.
We want to assist in the pursuit of emotional wellness and provide opportunities to enjoy an abundant life.

Ahkeem Freeman
Ahkeem has established and actively worked toward his Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) goals. Through participation in the “Learn 2 Earn” workforce development program, he gained hands-on experience with small business partners while developing valuable trade skills. Earning paychecks and engaging in structured employment activities have strengthened his budgeting, saving, and credit management abilities. With ongoing coaching and support, Ahkeem continues to make positive, goal-directed changes that promote independence and overall life stability.

Jeffery Rice
Jeff is a 31-year-old peer coordinator for The G.R.O.W. Program. He originally entered the program as a participant, where he learned to regulate his emotions through anger management interventions such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, emotional regulation training, and stress-reduction exercises. His experience in the program equipped him with valuable coping and communication skills, which he now uses to empower and guide current participants toward emotional wellness and personal growth.

G.R.O.W. Community Care inc was founded to provide Behavioral Health services to communities in need.
The Founder & CEO has been a community organizer and mentor for over 14 years. He started The G.R.O.W. Program 501 c3, (Getting. Ready, for Obstacles. in the World.) a Non Profit organization to do charity work that he is so passionate about.
Through that organization he worked as a mentor in schools as well as the community and noticed a void in the lives of many people in need of quality mental health services.
He decided to create an organization based on Passion, Love & Empathy. It was a natural progression to partner with therapists and work on the psych side of behaviors as it pertained to individuals in the community that he helped.

That is why he started G.R.O.W. Community Care inc. providing mental health services to Baltimore and surrounding counties.
The G.R.O.W. Community Care office is located in the Bromo Arts/ Market Center Community of Baltimore.
Directly across the street from the Hippodrome Theatre.
